Restaurant Casa FernandoThe Restaurant Casa Fernando located in the second line of the beach promenade of Ciudad Jardín on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca, started in 1980 as was customary then, serving homemade simple menus and the famous tapas ( Spanish snacks ).
The fish was captured by a llaüt, a typical Majorcans boat, which still can be seen on the roof of the restaurant.
Over the years and after several reforms became a fashionable 1 fork restaurant, while retaining its simplicity as ever, but by engaging more fully in the preparation of grilled fresh fish and seafood.
That does not mean that the vegetable is not present, because you can also enjoy a variety of grilled vegetables and mushrooms.
Also available is seasonal fish such as raons and yonquillo.
At Casa Fernando brings together all leinds of customers from many walks of life lovers of good fish, both national and international, as you can see on the photos of the restaurant walls.
Incoming you can see a showcase of 4 meters long that is filled with a large assortment of fresh fish and shellfish. Of this assortment customers can choose whatever they want as if it were in a fish- market, then the fish is weighed to calculate the price as stipulated by the market.
Behind the showcase is the cook who prepares their dishes with the public which draws much attention to customers.
Another specialty is homemade desserts such as Tiramisu, lemon cake, and so on.
There is also a good wine list of top qualities red, where is white and rosé.
The restaurant has dining rooms for smokers and nonsmokers, also in all dining rooms the Wifi system to try to give a better service to the customers.
